EGR VALVE > REMOVAL

1. REMOVE EGR WITH COOLER PIPE ASSEMBLY

  1. Remove the EGR with cooler pipe assembly (Click here).



2. REMOVE ELECTRIC EGR CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY

  1. Disconnect the No. 4 water by-pass hose.

  1. Disconnect the No. 3 water by-pass hose.

  1. Remove the 2 bolts and electric EGR control valve.

  1. Remove the gasket from the intake air connector.
